- Physical Products: Hardware or accessories purchased directly from Masten Tech Solutions that are unused, undamaged, and returned in original condition.
- Digital Goods: Software licenses or subscription-based products, only if they have not been used, downloaded, or activated.
- Services: Consultations, technical support, or installation services may be eligible for a refund, if such eligibility is outlined in the signed service agreement.
Refund Request Timeline
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days from the date of purchase. Requests made after this period may not be accepted unless otherwise agreed in a signed contract or service-level agreement.

Review & Approval
All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval or rejection of refund claims is at the sole discretion of Masten Tech Solutions. If approved, you will receive confirmation via email, and the refund process will begin.
Refund Method & Timing
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise arranged. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-Refundable Items & Services
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Digital products that have been downloaded, accessed, or activated
- Services that have been fully delivered or completed
- Items damaged, altered, or tampered with after delivery
- Purchases made via third-party vendors or platforms — please refer to the respective third-party's refund policy in such cases
Cancellation Policy
1. Requesting a Cancellation
To cancel a product or service:
- Contact our billing team or your dedicated account manager
- All cancellation requests must be formally approved by the relevant team to be considered valid
2. Cancellation Timeframe
Cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. Cancellations are not possible once the project enters the execution or production phase.
3. Third-Party Services
Cancellations are not applicable to any third-party services, including (but not limited to):
- Domain registration
- Hosting services
- Content purchased or developed via third-party providers
- API integrations or licensed software from external vendors
