5. Intellectual Property & Ownership

The rights to the work we deliver — whether it's a website, logo, app, or marketing content — will belong to you once full payment is made (unless agreed otherwise). However, we may use parts of the project for our portfolio or promotional use unless you ask us not to.

If we’ve used any third-party tools, libraries, or licensed software, those remain under their original terms, and you’ll need to comply with those. Any unauthorized reuse or sale of our work is strictly prohibited.

6. Payments & Invoicing

We believe in clear and transparent billing. Payments can be structured as one-time, milestone-based, or subscription-based depending on the service. You’ll receive invoices via email, and payments are expected within the mentioned due dates.

Delays in payment could affect project timelines or result in service suspension. We support multiple secure payment options including bank transfers, credit/debit cards, and online gateways. Any taxes or additional charges will be clearly mentioned in your invoice. For any billing queries, our support team is ready to help.

7. Privacy & Data Protection

If you wish to end the partnership, a written notice is required. Any completed and paid-for work will be handed over, but all dues must be cleared before service access is removed. For any new work, a fresh agreement would be required.

We operate based on general business and legal standards. If a dispute arises, we encourage resolving it through open and respectful discussion first. If legal action is needed, both parties will mutually agree on a fair and appropriate jurisdiction.

12. Client Collaboration & Approval Process

We believe that great results come from strong teamwork. To ensure your project runs smoothly, we need your active participation—whether it's sharing content, giving timely feedback, or approving drafts during key stages. Before final delivery, you’ll have multiple chances to review and suggest changes, as long as they're within the agreed scope. If new requests come in that weren’t originally discussed, there might be extra charges or a timeline shift. Clear communication throughout helps us deliver exactly what you envisioned.

13. Marketing & Portfolio Use

We’re proud of the work we do and love showcasing it to build trust with future clients. Unless you specifically ask us not to, we may include your completed project in our portfolio, case studies, social media posts, or marketing materials.

If you'd like your project to remain private, just let us know in writing before the project wraps up, and we’ll honor that. However, unless agreed otherwise, a small credit (like our logo or name) may appear on your website or product to acknowledge our work.

14. Service Warranties & Limitations

While we’re committed to delivering reliable, top-quality service, everything we offer is provided "as-is" and "as available." We do our best to avoid issues, but we can’t guarantee error-free, uninterrupted service or full compatibility with every third-party system.

We also don’t offer warranties on external tools, plugins, or software we use. It’s your responsibility to review and test the final output to ensure it fits your needs. If you run into any issues, we’re here to help and will work with you to resolve them quickly.

15. Unforeseen Events (Force Majeure)

Sometimes, events outside of our control—like natural disasters, power outages, strikes, or pandemics—can affect our ability to deliver services on time. If that happens, we’ll keep you informed and do everything we can to get things back on track quickly.
